Exposed clifftop positions at Uluwatu get hammered by salt wind, so every outdoor install relies on exterior-grade adhesive, properly sealed stone and correctly placed movement joints. Pools are central to the Uluwatu villa look — we tile them with waterproof adhesive and pool-grade grout and verify the shell waterproofing first. Indoor-outdoor floor transitions are common and need planned expansion joints where interior tile meets sun-baked terrace.
A Pecatu villa wanted a continuous porcelain look flowing from living area onto an exposed terrace and around the pool. We planned the layout and joints so the lines ran true, used exterior adhesive outdoors and pool-grade materials at the water, and sealed the transition against driving rain.
