Kuta and neighbouring Tuban have a dense mix of older guesthouses, shops, restaurants and rental rooms, so a lot of our work here is hard-wearing floor tiling and repair in high-traffic commercial spaces rather than show-piece villas.

High-traffic commercial floors in Kuta need full adhesive coverage and the right porcelain grade, or tiles crack and hollow under load within a year. We spec slip-resistant tiles for entrances and wet kitchen areas, and we sequence work so a business can keep operating where possible. Salt-laden coastal air near the beach also means grout and sealing have to be done right to avoid early staining.
A Tuban restaurant needed its kitchen and service-area floor re-tiled without closing for a week. We worked in zones overnight and across quiet hours, used a fast-set adhesive rated for the load, and finished with an epoxy grout that resists grease and constant washing.
Kuta is central and easy to reach — site visits often within 1 day, with flexible scheduling around business hours. Pricing is flat across Bali, so the location changes nothing. What does change the number is the floor itself, which is why we measure wear, levels and substrate before committing to a figure.
Legian and Kuta run into each other, so we cover both from this page. In Legian's apartment blocks and small hotels, bathrooms are often refreshed between tenants while the rest of the building stays occupied. We standardise tile and layout across identical units, re-membrane each wet area and turn rooms around one by one so the others keep earning. Many Kuta shops, restaurants and guesthouses sit on slabs that have been patched several times. Before quoting a new floor we tap-survey the old one and mark hollow and cracked zones — tiling over them only moves the problem up a layer. Sound areas can often stay, damaged zones are cut out and re-bedded, and the new floor gets full adhesive coverage and movement joints along long corridors. Where only a few tiles have failed, a targeted tile repair keeps the business open; where the whole floor is hollow, floor tiling from a sound base is cheaper over time.
Most Kuta briefs are commercial: hard-wearing porcelain that shrugs off sand and trolleys, anti-slip ratings for pool decks and ramps, night-shift scheduling so reception never closes. We quote after seeing the traffic the floor actually takes.
