Clifftop and elevated Bukit sites face strong, salt-laden wind that punishes outdoor installs, so exterior adhesive, sealed stone and correct movement joints aren't optional. Pools are the centrepiece of most Jimbaran villas — we tile them with waterproof, flexible adhesive and pool-grade grout, and we check the shell and waterproofing before any mosaic goes on. Andesite decks get sealed to stay anti-slip and rain-tolerant.
A clifftop Jimbaran villa needed its infinity pool re-tiled after the original mosaic started detaching at the waterline. We drained it, found and repaired hollow shell sections, then re-laid with waterproof adhesive and pool-grade grout rated for constant immersion and chemicals.
The Bukit is a little further out — we usually visit within 2 days and plan pool work around draining and curing times. Same rates island-wide, no travel surcharge. We assess the substrate and layout on site before quoting, so the price reflects the actual job — not a guess.
