Jimbaran bay and the lower Bukit, with Uluwatu and Nusa Dua just beyond. Beach-house terraces, seafood-café floors, salt-air bathrooms — materials picked for coastal wear.
Jimbaran and the wider Bukit peninsula are clifftop-villa and pool-heavy territory. A large share of our work here is pool tiling and outdoor stone on properties with dramatic ocean exposure — and the wind and salt that come with it.
Our Jimbaran clients are luxury villa owners, pool-equipped rental operators and developers on the Bukit. Pools, terraces and outdoor entertaining areas dominate the brief, so waterproof adhesive and pool-grade grout are everyday materials for us here.
Clifftop and elevated Bukit sites face strong, salt-laden wind that punishes outdoor installs, so exterior adhesive, sealed stone and correct movement joints aren't optional. Pools are the centrepiece of most Jimbaran villas — we tile them with waterproof, flexible adhesive and pool-grade grout, and we check the shell and waterproofing before any mosaic goes on. Andesite decks get sealed to stay anti-slip and rain-tolerant.
A clifftop Jimbaran villa needed its infinity pool re-tiled after the original mosaic started detaching at the waterline. We drained it, found and repaired hollow shell sections, then re-laid with waterproof adhesive and pool-grade grout rated for constant immersion and chemicals.
The Bukit is a little further out — we usually visit within 2 days and plan pool work around draining and curing times. The bill uses the same island list as everywhere else. Before it is written we stand on the job — checking how far the salt has got into the old grout and what the slab needs before new tiles go down.
Around the bay we tile for salt, sand and grease in equal measure: café floors that degrease cleanly, terraces that take barefoot traffic at sunset, bathrooms where sea air corrodes anything second-rate. Materials are chosen for the coast, not the catalogue.
Same price list as everywhere on the island — a Jimbaran postcode adds zero. Floor tiling starts from IDR 90,000/m² and bathroom work from IDR 120,000/m² — and we look at the job in person, free, before quoting it. See full pricing →
